Drink only lukewarm water for couple of days. I haven't been able to go in about three weeks. I drink warm water daily and it has brought visible change in my skin tone and energy levels I don't drink or smoke. I read the previous answers and I don't think anyone of them really addressed the problem that you're having. Not even laxatives are helping right now. July 2009 in 1st Trimester. My stomach doesn't really hurt just a slight discomfort every now and then. This is an important health issue. I've tried everything: more exercise, more water, diet changes, over the counter pills, prescription pills, ect. Somehow my experience tells me that that is a very unhealthy situation.
